  2. Tunnel and bridge toll fees, as well as parking charges

  3. Luggage space for 4 check-in suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases (1 check-in suitcase = 2 carry-on suitcases)

  4. Meet and greet service

  5. Full insurance coverage

  6. Regular service at 6:00am-12:00am. (Midnight service add HKD100)

How To Use

UPON ARRIVAL:

  1. After reclaiming your baggage, approach Arrival Hall and look for the driver with your name sign along waiting area

  2. You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity

THE MAXIMUM WAITING TIME FOR EACH TRANSFER:

  1. Arrival: 1 hour and 30 mins after flight has landed (for any unforeseen circumstances that may prolong the process, please call to inform the driver)

  2. Departure: 25 minutes after designated pick up time

SURCHARGES:

  1. HKD 150 for arrival waiting time that exceeds 1 hour 30 mins (during Peak season, picking up Sim Card or Wifi may require extra time)

  2. HKD 80 for departure waiting time (that exceeds 25 mins)

  3. HKD 80 for each additional stop (En route or same district only)

  4. HKD 80 per extra bag (after 4 check-in luggages/bags)

 

​Note: surcharges shall be paid in cash to the driver. If some booking details are not covered by the package/area you booked, the difference shall be paid to the driver in cash

Please Note: Food and drinks must not be consumed inside the vehicle

CONTACT:

  1. Driver will be in contact 30 minutes prior to your pick up time. You can make use of the Free WiFi at the airport and connect with driver

  2. Customer's phone number shall be reached by Whatsapp or SMS.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you wish to make any changes to your booking, you must notify us at least 1 day in advance

  2. If the driver is left waiting for over 90 minutes, the booking will be considered canceled and no refunds will be made

  3. Service will be canceled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund
